The Hess Avenue Bakery was founded by the Bujalski family. (As seen in this 1940’s ad. The Bujalski family also owned the Melody Dairy Bar, the Lakeview Tavern, and the 3 B’s Car Wash; all in the St. Casimir area. The Bujalski’s sold the bakery to the Rocky (Rzodkiewicz) family.)
